This Lang R30C-PTF 30″ Electric Range is compact, durable, and easy to use. With a 30″ Griddle and Convection Oven base, this Range is ideal for kitchens with limited space. Its exterior is made from 430 stainless steel. Engineered from one piece, it’s designed for heavy-duty operations and has an attractive No. 4 finish. Its compartment interior is also 430 stainless steel for durability and ideal sanitary conditions. Its oven compartment has a 2″ insulation in its sides, locking heat inside the oven and reducing the amount of escaped heat in your kitchen. The R30C-PTF comes with five chrome-plated racks and the rack slide supports make nine unique positions.
