Description
The Lancer Harness Assembly for CED 500 is the electrical wiring bus that distributes logic signals and low-voltage DC power from the PCB to internal actuators and sensors. Engineered with high-flex copper and tinned connectors, it resists the vibration and humidity common in counter-electric cabinets.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable communication and solves intermittent sensor or valve firing errors caused by signal continuity loss. Replaces harnesses rotted by syrup ‘wicking’ or insulation cracked by heat.
Symptoms of Failure: Dispensing valves firing randomly (‘ghosting’), flavor selection buttons not responding, or display lighting flickering during the dispensing cycle.
