The Lancer Fitting 3/8″ NPT to Plug-In is a specialized beverage-grade connector designed to provide a sanitary, leak-proof bridge between threaded supply lines and the dispenser’s plug-in manifold. Its high-pressure seal ensures that system integrity is maintained at 60+ PSI without gas loss or syrup seepage.
Problem Solved: Stops syrup and CO2 leaks at critical connection points, maintaining system pressure and preventing product waste. Fixes stripped or corroded threaded junctions.
Symptoms of Failure: Visible syrup residue at line interfaces, audible gas leaks (hissing) from the manifold inlet, or reduced flow rates at the nozzle caused by internal fitting obstructions.
