The Lakeside 657 tray delivery cart is uninsulated. With a single compartment, it can hold twenty 15” x 20” trays. The ledges are spaced 6” apart. The 657 has a durable 200/300 stainless steel construction with vinyl laminate panels. It has a front and back door for easy access to trays.
