This means it has a stainless steel construction and removable ledge panels for easy cleaning. The compartment has a floor drain to facilitate cleaning. The 5500 has a paddle latch door catch to assure a positive door closure and convenience one-hand operation. It has a 270-degree door swing for easy access.
