Description
The John Guest Superseal Barb Connector is a specialized fitting for high-reliability draught systems. It transitions from a 5/16″ John Guest Superseal stem (designed to push into a JG fitting) to a 1/4″ hose barb. The Superseal design features an additional sealing point for a more secure connection in pressurized environments. Constructed from high-quality acetal, it is 100% food-safe and highly resistant to commercial cleaning chemicals.
Installation Note: The Superseal side must be pushed into a 5/16″ (8mm) John Guest port until it clicks. On the 1/4″ barb side, always use an Oetiker stepless clamp for a permanent, leak-proof seal on your beverage or gas line. This fitting is ideal for adapting standard vinyl tubing to push-fit manifold systems.
