This comprehensive seal kit is specifically engineered to restore the leak-proof performance and precision flow adjustment of the Intertap® Flow Control (FC) series faucet. Over time, the internal gaskets and bushings can become compressed or fouled by beer stone, leading to “weeping” at the handle or a loss of back-pressure control. This kit includes every internal soft part required for a full rebuild, ensuring your flow-control lever operates smoothly and your pours remain foam-free. Please note: This specialized kit is designed exclusively for the Flow Control version and is not compatible with standard Intertap models.

Technician’s Note: Flow control faucets have more internal moving parts than standard taps, making regular seal maintenance critical. If your flow control lever becomes difficult to turn, the internal nylon bushings are likely dry or fouled. When installing this kit, we highly recommend applying a thin film of food-grade CIP lubricant (Petrogel or similar) to all Nitrile O-rings. This not only creates a better vacuum seal but also prevents the “stiction” that can cause O-rings to tear during rapid flow adjustments.
