Ideal for high-volume kitchens, it helps crews move from soak to spray to rack with fewer bottlenecks.

Streamline installation and daily operation with a pre-plumbed, pre-wired base assembly that includes the control, solenoid, and pump. Stainless steel construction across the mounting tray, base assembly, cover, and pump housing resists wear in demanding environments. A 1/4″ perforated scrap basket with four ergonomic handles simplifies lift-out disposal, while flanged feet keep the system planted and stable.

Protect your equipment and staff with dry start protection, an adjustable run time, and an integrated air gap with check valves. Standard 1/2″ NPT water inlets and a 2″ drain discharge integrate cleanly into existing pot sink stations in restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries.
