The ovens’ porcelain interiors, each supplied with a chrome rack and splatter screen, streamline cleanup and support consistent results. Use them to roast proteins, finish gratins, or batch-bake sides while the top handles sauces and sauté.
A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate stand up to daily wear and provide a practical staging area. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet allow quick leveling to integrate the unit into existing lines and meet sanitation needs.
