Description

Imperial Range IHR-2-18-M is a Spec Series heavy duty gas unit in an 18″ W modular Add-A-Unit format with (2) open burners. The model is rated at 70,000 BTU (20 kW) and measures 18″ wide. It is cETLus and NSF listed.

Standard components include cast iron “S” grates (standard), a removable crumb tray, and stainless steel front and sides. A 7″ D landing ledge and a 6″ H backguard define the cooking area.
