Description
The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker, model CIM0836FA90, is a 30″ W air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser. This modular cube model features dual exhaust top/side air discharge for top or side air routing. It produces approximately 900 lb production/24 hours at 70°/50°, and 695 lb at 90°/70°, delivering full-size cubes.
The unit includes an LED status display, one touch sanitize/descaling controls, and dishwasher safe food zone components. It uses R290 refrigerant and is cULus listed as well as cUL Energy Verified. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can view status on the LED display and initiate sanitize/descaling with one touch.
Food zone components are dishwasher safe, and the unit produces full-size cubes. Dual exhaust top/side air discharge, air-cooled operation, and a self-contained condenser are core elements of this Elevation Series™ unit.
