Drive high-volume pizza production with the Hoshizaki PR93A-D2 Steelheart Series pizza prep table. This three-section, 30 cu. ft. workstation combines a refrigerated base with a pan rail that holds twelve 1/3-size pans (pans and adapter bars included) and a 1/2-inch-thick white polyethylene cutting board.
Stage dough, sauces, and toppings at the rail while assembling pies on the board to keep orders moving. Two drawers accommodate two 12″ x 20″ x 6″ pans each (pans by others), and two doors with four adjustable shelves organize backups and garnishes.
A stainless steel interior and exterior front, sides, and top stand up to daily use in kitchens, commissaries, and pizza lines. Self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system runs on a cord with NEMA 5-15P. Made to order; allow 4–6 week lead time.
