The Hobart HL600-1STD is a 60-quart commercial planetary floor mixer built for high-volume foodservice operations including bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, and institutional kitchens that require consistent, heavy-duty mixing of dough, batter, and other large-batch products. This Legacy model ships ready to run with a full standard accessory package — stainless steel bowl, “B” flat beater, “D” wire whip, and “ED” dough hook included.
