Its 2/3 jacket rated to 30 PSI pairs with a 316 stainless steel liner to support consistent heating for batch cooking. Full stainless steel construction suits demanding foodservice environments.
Simmer stock, boil pasta, or finish sauces in quantity, then portion through the 2″ TDO using the included 1/4″ perforated strainer. The hinged cover supports staging between prep steps and keeps product covered until service. Operators can move quickly from cook to portion and service.
