This Garland UIR60 Gas Salamander Broiler uses two infrared burners to heat, warm, and finish your items. Perfect for melting cheese or heating a plate before serving, it has two individual Hi-Lo valve controls. Using 40,000 BTU, it comes with a gas pressure regulator and uses natural or LP gas. Gas type must be specified. This UIR60 Salamander includes a three position spring-balanced, adjustable rack assembly. This allows you to decide how close your food items are to its heating elements. It has a large capacity removable grease pan for easy cleaning and a stainless steel construction for greater durability.
