This Garland GTGG36-G36M Countertop Griddle is ideal for cooking meats, sandwiches, breakfast foods, and vegetables. It is designed for heavy-duty use and has a stainless steel construction. The model comes with 4″ legs and a 1.4 US gallon / 5.3 litre capacity grease drawer. The cooking surface is 35-7/8″ W x 23″ D, giving ample room to prepare a variety of items. There is a single burner with its own individual hi-lo control located every 12″ of griddle surface. It has a 1″ thick smooth steel griddle plate. This GTGG36-G36M comes with a piezo pilot ignition system and a 3/4″ NPT gas regulator.
