Configure the cabinet to your menu: seven universal tray slides accept (7) 18″ x 26″ trays or (14) 12″ x 20″ pans, set 4-1/2″ on center and adjustable on 1-1/2″ increments. The insulated stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use, while a wraparound bumper protects walls and equipment. Push bar handles and 5″ casters—two rigid, two swivel with brakes—help staff steer through tight corridors.
Dial in results with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls, and simplify cleanup with the removable humidifier pan. A flush mounted door and edgemount latch seal in heat and moisture to maintain consistent holding conditions between prep, staging, and service.
