The FWE TST-30 heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume holding and transport across busy kitchens. Its slim-line profile maneuvers through tight aisles while a forced-air heating system maintains consistent cabinet temperatures behind insulated, flush-mounted doors.
Load up to twenty 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or twenty 12″ x 20″ pans on 20 pairs of tray slides. Standard 4-1/2″ OC spacing can be reconfigured in 1-1/2″ increments to fit everything from plated entrees to covered hotel pans.
Dial in holding with an adjustable thermostat and recessed controls that resist accidental bumps. Push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 6″ casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—speed service for banquets, cafeterias, and tray service routes. Durable stainless steel construction and cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 ratings support rigorous daily use.
