The Humi-temp heat & humidity system and an adjustable thermostat help maintain consistent conditions from kitchen to service line. Recessed controls reduce accidental adjustments during busy shifts.
Durable stainless steel construction, insulated walls, and (2) flush mounted doors support daily, high-volume use. Push bars, a wraparound bumper, and 5″ casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—enhance maneuverability in tight corridors.
