The FWE LCH-6-SK-LV-G2 low temp cook and hold smoker cabinet oven streamlines production in compact kitchens. This mobile undercounter unit smokes, cooks up to 350°F, then holds at precise temperatures up to 200°F to keep service on schedule without overcooking.
Automatic controls with an LED display and a temperature probe let chefs load, set, and focus on other tasks. Low air circulation supports even results while the removable smoke drawer and drip tray simplify flavor management and cleanup between batches.
Handle changing menus with (4) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (8) 12″ x 20″ pans on adjustable slides, spaced 4-1/2″ on center and tunable in 1-1/2″ increments. A fully insulated, stainless steel cabinet with a flush-mounted door and 5″ casters—two rigid, two swivel with brakes—keeps workflow smooth for restaurants, caterers, and facilities.
