The fine grain cast iron plates are perfect for baking the waffles to perfection. The heavy duty top plate assures even rising without clips, floating hinges, or tuning. The special design of the top and bottom plates’ outer rims minimizes batter overflow. The GES75 features waffle patterns such as brussels, leige, round, and cone. There are also options for waffles-on-a-stick and those patterns available are silo and cypress. The powerful heating elements make for a fast preheat and recovery, which are thermostatically controlled up to 570 F. Each of the unit’s heating zones are independently controlled. The base is constructed of stainless steel for longevity and easy cleanup.
