The Equipex DRIC 3000 Adventys Electric Drop-In Induction Range features stainless steel casing and easy-to-clean capacitive touch controls. The drop-in style allows for ease of installation and use. It has superior airflow and cooling fans to permit all day use. A large induction coil is also featured for stockpots and large pans. The DRIC 30000 has automated pan detection as well as a power supply monitor. For stir fry and saute, there is a controlled high temperature feature. In the same sense, there is also a precision low temperature control for sauces and chocolates. Empty pan security and automatic overheating protection are also convenient features the model offers.
