Description

The Crown Verity CV-3WHS Hot Dog Steamer is durable and easy to use. It has a stainless steel construction, making it easy to clean and maintain. It comes complete with a custom pan package. The pan package includes roll dome, perforated pans, steaming baskets, 8″ deep shoulder pans, and lids and brackets! Each of its sections can hold up to 24 pounds and its centre bun warmer accommodates up to 4 dozen buns. The CV-3WHS preheats in 15-20 minutes and up to 30 minutes if using cold water. The refrigerated product will take approximately 15 minutes to reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit internally. The Hot Dog Steamer is NSF, CSL, and UL certified.
