The Crown Steam EP-25 is an electric, stationary jacketed kettle engineered to move high-volume production with consistency and control. Its 25-gallon capacity and 2/3 jacket support even heating for soups, sauces, chilis, and stocks, helping crews maintain quality while accelerating batch throughput.
Built for the rigors of commercial service, the EP-25 pairs a durable 304 stainless steel exterior with a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel interior liner. A thermostatic control lets operators dial in and hold target temperatures, while the pedestal base provides a stable, permanent installation that stands up to daily use.
Streamline finishing and serve-out with a 2″ draw-off and included perforated strainer for clearer dispensing.
