Set the pace with a 300 series stainless steel top fitted with 18 1/6-size x 4″ deep pans and a 10″ deep nylon cutting board for clean, efficient prep. The base combines six drawers—each holding one 12″ x 20″ x 6″ pan (supplied by others)—with a half-height field rehingeable door to accommodate bulk items and odd sizes.
Durable stainless steel front and sides, a galvanized case back, and an aluminum interior stand up to daily use in demanding kitchens.
