Its convection heat is accomplished through a powerful blowing system and works to keep temperatures consistent throughout the entire unit. It heats in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 20 minutes.Its 2″ high density, wrap-around fiberglass insulation holds heat in, keeping items warm and the kitchen cool. Its door is designed with an innovative ergonomic system, heavy-duty hinges, and magnetic catch so that it is easily opened and shut. Once shut, it has a closed seal preventing hot air from escaping the confines of the holding cabinet. This Roll-in Heating and Holding Cabinet’s digital display makes it easy to see what temperatures your items are heating at and its stainless steel construction makes it painless to clean.
