This Carter-Hoffmann PH185 Undercounter Mobile Heated Cabinet is conveniently stored, easy to use, and keeps your food items warm and ready to serve. Its mere 30-1/2″ height allows it to be tucked away underneath any standard countertop, while its 20-7/8″ inside working height enables it to hold five 18″ x 26″ or ten 12″ x 20″ trays or pans. It has a dial-type thermometer, making it easy to set for temperatures up to 200°F for cooking or 160°F for preheating. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1″ thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulation and its stainless steel construction adds both strength and durability to this Undercounter Cabinet.
