The Carter-Hoffmann M223P-2T modular holding cabinet streamlines hot food staging with pass-through access that supports two-sided service. Designed for busy cooklines and expo stations, it accommodates up to four 12″ x 6″ pans (not included) to keep entrées, sides, and components ready for rapid plating.
Dial in quality with individually controlled top and bottom heat at each pan position. Electronic temperature control with a USB port lets operators upload or download menu settings for consistent results across shifts, dayparts, and locations.
Built with stainless steel and equipped with individual pan covers, the M223P-2T helps maintain presentation and texture in a compact footprint. A 2-1/2″ pan depth supports common hot-holding tasks, while the pass-through design reduces steps and speeds service during peak periods.
