Stage trays for the line or hold banquets-ready pans with capacity for (5) 18″ x 26″ pans or (10) 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ pans. Fixed wire universal slides at 3″ spacing support common pan sizes and promote orderly loading for faster turns. A solid single pane glass door in an extruded aluminum frame lets staff monitor contents without opening the cabinet.
