This Carter-Hoffmann E8623 Enclosed Bun and Food Pan Storage Cabinet is ideal for harsh use in hotels, motels, convention centers, restaurants, hospitals, or correctional centers. Its aluminum construction has been heli-arc welded to form a solid unit, giving the cabinet’s structure added strength and durability. The door has a 270 degree swing which allows users to easily transfer pans and trays in and out of the Storage Cabinet. Its flush mounted heavy-duty stainless steel latch keeps the door securely closed and its 5″ polyurethane tread casters make it easy to steer during transport. The casters are all swivel, allowing you to push or pull the cabinet from and in any direction. This E8623 Storage Cabinet has 100″ aluminum horizontal tray slides spaced at 1-1/2″ centers, giving you the ability to store up to twenty-one different 18″ x 26″ pans or trays.
