This Carter-Hoffmann BB1864 Space-Saver Convertible Carter Heated Banquet Cabinet is ideal for keeping pre-prepared plates warm. It has the capacity to hold up to sixty-four 11″ diameter plates, twelve 18″ x 26″ trays, or twenty-four 12″ x 20″ pans. This Banquet Cabinet heats up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in approximately 25 minutes. With its innovative blower system, it ensures quick heat-up, recovery, and even heating throughout the entire cabinet. Its stainless steel construction with welded turned-in seams make it durable and eliminates raw edges for uncomplicated cleaning. Long lasting, its 6″ diameter casters have been designed to roll easily and handle maximum loads.
