Description
Bev-Seal Ultra® Series 235 is the industrial gold standard for flavor-neutral beverage distribution. This 3/8″ ID tubing features a specialized copolyester inner liner that acts as a 100% flavor barrier, ensuring zero “plastic” off-flavors in your beer, wine, or soda. It is exceptionally resistant to chemicals, stress-cracking, and O2 ingress. The 3/8″ ID allows for high-flow rates over medium to long runs in commercial draft systems and water supply lines.
Installation Note: Series 235 poly tubing is more rigid than standard vinyl. It is best used with push-fit fittings (like John Guest). If using barbs, you must soak the ends in boiling water for 60 seconds to soften the liner before pushing onto the barb. Always secure with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability.
