Bev-Seal Ultra® Series 235 is a premium poly tubing designed for high-volume beverage distribution. Featuring a specialized copolyester inner liner, this tubing provides an absolute flavor barrier, ensuring zero “plastic” off-flavors in beer, wine, or water. Its 1/2-inch internal diameter allows for massive flow rates, making it the industrial choice for main water supply lines or high-output soda manifolds. It is exceptionally resistant to stress-cracking and chemicals.
Installation Note: Series 235 poly tubing is significantly more rigid than standard vinyl. It is best used with push-fit fittings (like John Guest) or compression fittings. If using barbs, you must soften the ends in near-boiling water to achieve a proper seal and always use Oetiker clamps for permanent security.
