Description

Engineered for tall, high-traffic openings, the Berner ARC16-3120E-3 is a 120-inch Architectural Series recessed air door designed to help stabilize temperatures and streamline flow at doors up to 16 feet high. Its electric heated design tempers incoming air, supporting comfort at busy entries without obstructing sightlines or aesthetics.

Drive performance with three 1 hp motors and two selectable speeds that produce a consistent air stream across wide spans. The integrated Intelliswitch controller enables convenient on-unit control, while the high-voltage, three-phase configuration powers a 42 kW heater to quickly condition the air barrier.

A hinged white aluminum bottom access panel simplifies service and cleaning in tight soffits.
