This Bakers Pride ER-2-12-5736 Super Deck Bake Deck Oven is designed with all the features necessary to give you and your customers consistently, delicious baked goods. Whether it be hot rolls, roasted meat, or tasty desserts, this Bake Oven has separate top and bottom “U” shaped heating elements. Located every 9-1/2″, the elements are controlled with top and bottom infinite controls. The ER-2-12-5736 comes with an electric 60-minute timer and moisture control dampers. It has a stainless steel exterior and an aluminized interior.
