The Atosa CookRite ATCB-48 is a 48-inch countertop gas charbroiler built for high-volume commercial kitchens including restaurants, diners, hotels, and institutional foodservice operations. With 140,000 BTU of total output across four burners and independent manual controls, it gives line cooks direct zone control during service.
