This Arctic Air AST60R 16-Pan Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table has a 15.5 cubic feet capacity. It has sixteen 1/6 size pans and an 11.5″D cutting board for operator convenience. It has an electronic thermostat and a digital temperature display for easy temperature adjustment. It has two shelves and two self-closing doors. Its top, front, and sides are made of durable stainless steel and its interior is white ABS with a stainless steel floor. This AST60R includes 3″ castors.
