Like your pizza pans, your screens should be seasoned before you bake with them.
– Wash and dry your screen thoroughly.
– Wipe oil around the inside and outside surface and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
– Bake screen at your regular cooking time and temperature.
– Do not over bake and do not wash off your excess oil. All you have to do is wipe it off. The oil residue and any oil you use to cook with will allow this screen to be non-stick .
