Technician’s Note: Bev-Seal #176 is significantly more rigid than standard vinyl tubing due to its high-pressure barrier construction. This rigidity is what prevents “gas loss” through the walls of the hose, but it requires careful routing to avoid “kinking” in tight corners. For a permanent, leak-proof seal at 300 PSI, we recommend using a 15.7mm Oetiker Stepless Clamp. If you are installing this in cold weather, we suggest keeping the spool in a warm area before the pull to make the hose more pliable and easier to manage through conduit.
