Description
This precision-machined 303 stainless steel tank adapter is designed to convert standard Cornelius (Corny) and AEB keg ports to a universal 1/4″ Male Flare (MFL) connection. Specifically threaded at 19/32″-18 UNF, this adapter replaces the standard ball lock or pin lock posts, allowing for a direct, hard-piped connection to beverage lines, manifolds, or carbonation stones without the need for a traditional quick-disconnect (QD) coupler.

Technician’s Note: Always verify your keg’s thread pitch before installation. While 19/32″-18 is the industry standard for Cornelius and AEB, some Firestone or older Spartan kegs utilize a 9/16″-18 thread which is not compatible. When installing, ensure the dip tube o-ring is seated properly under the adapter base; over-tightening the stainless threads into the keg neck can occasionally pinch the o-ring, causing a persistent “micro-leak” on the gas side.
