The Turbo Air PST-60-08S-N(-LW) PRO Series sandwich/salad prep + work station is built to keep your line organized and moving. Specify the work station side to match your layout. This two-section, rear-mount, self-contained unit offers 16.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage in a compact 60-1/4 inch width. A cold bunker system holds (8) 1/6 size, 4-inch-deep pans beneath a 9-1/2-inch-deep cutting board for efficient assembly. Inside, a stainless steel interior and exterior (galvanized bottom) with (2) stainless steel shelves, an aluminum door liner, and (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks support secure, hygienic operation. The digital temperature control and monitor system, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser help maintain consistent performance. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, this cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified model runs on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 8.9 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P. Made in USA.
