Description
The Turbo Air TST-60SD-18M-N(-LW) optimizes sandwich and salad production with a two-section, 19 cu. ft. undercounter design and a mega top that holds eighteen 1/6-size, 4″-deep pans beneath an insulated cover. A 9-1/2″ deep, 1/2″ thick cutting board with a convenient side rail keeps assembly organized at the point of prep. Digital temperature control and monitor system, LED interior lighting with fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser work together to maintain reliable cold holding and reduce routine upkeep. Built for the line, it features a stainless steel interior (ABS door liner) and stainless steel exterior with a galvanized back and bottom, plus two solid doors and two adjustable PVC coated wire shelves for flexible storage. The self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system operates on 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 4.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Specify the side of the work station to match your layout.
