Engineered for high-volume operations, the Bakers Pride 453 triple deck gas pizza oven streamlines production without sacrificing consistency. Three 54″ x 34.5″ cordierite decks deliver excellent heat retention and even distribution, so pizzas, flatbreads, and other baked items finish uniformly across the line.
With 240,000 BTU total and independent top/bottom heat dampers on each deck, operators can fine-tune bake profiles, speed recovery, and balance color and doneness from crust to toppings. A 300°F–650°F range supports fast service bakes, par-bakes, and artisan finishes during peak periods.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and fully welded iron frame withstand continuous use. Spring-balanced, fully insulated doors help hold heat between turns, while the stackable design boosts capacity without increasing your footprint.
