Its five-burner layout—three non-clog burners up front and two Pyromax burners in back—lets chefs sear, sauté, and simmer without shuffling stations.
A standing pilot keeps the top ready on busy shifts, while battery spark ignition gets the convection oven online fast. Three included racks organize batches for roasting vegetables, finishing proteins, or baking trays during prep and service.
Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf stand up to daily use, and 6-inch adjustable legs ease cleaning and leveling. The 22-1/2-inch flue riser with shelf adds staging space for pans and smallwares. This CSA- and NSF-listed range also qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
