Its moveable rear heating element lets operators fine-tune heat exposure for even roasting and appealing browning throughout service. Three-phase 220V power delivers steady performance during peak periods.
Load 90–140 lb cones for gyros, shawarma, or doner and maintain consistent results as you shave to order. A 31-1/8 inch spit height accommodates large roasts, while the enclosed motor helps protect key components from grease and debris. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and simplifies cleanup between shifts.
At 39 inches high, the DE3A integrates into a range of commercial kitchen layouts and service lines. Use it on the line for fast slicing, in prep for batch roasting, or at a display station to showcase product while maintaining throughput.
