Maintain oil quality and keep the line moving with the built-in filter system, driven by a 5.5 GPM roller pump and 1/3 HP motor. Crews can cycle oil between turns while the drain station, food warmer, and dump pan manage product staging at the fry station. The result is a tighter workflow with less handling.
A stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet stand up to daily use, while casters simplify cleaning and line adjustments.
