Description
The Lancer Cage Assembly 4 Circuit 2500 Chiller is the internal manifold support and fluid-shaping assembly designed to house brix adjusters and solenoids. It maintains the precise spacing required for the valve plungers to seat correctly against the product coils in a 4-circuit configuration.
Problem Solved: Corrects manifold-level syrup seepage and ensures stable, leak-free seat for valve plungers in chilling systems. Replaces cages with stress-cracked ports that cause pressure loss and foaming.
Symptoms of Failure: Persistent dripping from nozzles, valves ‘wobbling’ in their mounting, or visible syrup buildup around the internal water bath manifold ports.
Technician’s Note: Never use pliers to pull the cage assembly; use the integrated pull-tabs. Overtightening screws into the cage can crack the plastic ports, leading to high-pressure leaks. Verify manifold o-ring integrity during swap.Technical Specifications:
