The True Mfg. TUC-67D-4-HC~SPEC3 is a SPEC SERIES deep undercounter refrigerator built to keep ingredients at safe, ready-to-use temperatures. Holding 33–38°F with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it integrates seamlessly into busy prep lines. SPEC Package 3 features a stainless steel top, steel handles, and all-stainless sides, back, and interior for durability and quick cleanup. Four drawers streamline storage and access; each drawer accommodates two 12″ x 20″ x 8″ pans (not included) to organize mise en place. An electronic temperature control with digital temperature display makes monitoring straightforward. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/10 HP system, this unit operates on a standard 115v/60/1 circuit and includes a NEMA 5-15P.
