This Nu-Vu HW-2-1/2G Half-Height Enclosed Cabinet is ideal for holding and transporting bread and food pans. It has the capacity to store nine 18″ x 26″ pans or eighteen 13″ x 18″ pans. It has a Lexan lift off door with a silicone rubber door gasket. The double top vent is adjustable and the interior side walls are removable. Made from aluminum, this HW-2-1/2G has been NSF approved.
