The Wells RCP-7400 drop-in cold food well helps chefs and foodservice teams keep pre-chilled menu items at the ready for fast, efficient service. With capacity for four 12″ x 20″ pans, it supports high-volume salad bars, cafeteria lines, and catered setups where presentation and throughput matter.
A stainless steel inner liner, top, and flange pair with a durable steel exterior to withstand daily use. The insulated pan and 3″ recessed top edge aid temperature retention and product visibility, while a 1″ drain streamlines cleanup between dayparts.
Operators can dial in holding needs using the on/off switch and individual thermostatic controls. The self-contained refrigeration system runs on 115v/60/1-ph power at 6.4 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, utilizing R-404A refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor to keep the line moving.
